1. Chauffeur's Tip:

4. Alcohol Beverages:
- Complimentary Champagne requires additional stop to pick-up.
- All Passengers must be 21+ years of age to receive/consume alcohol.

5. Traveling w/ Small Children
- Child requiring safety seat, you will be required to provide the seat and install the seat in the vehicle.
- For safety reasons, our drivers are NOT permitted to assist in the installation of the child seats.

6. Extreme Weather:
- Please reference these additional details prior to completion of booking.

7. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Letter must be sent and signed by person who made the initial reservation
- Cancelation can be emailed to: royalluxxlimos@gmail.com
- Weddings: No Later than 30 days before service date
- Proms: No Later than 14 days before service date
- All other services: No Later than 72 hours before service date
- Once your cancellation is received, a Royal Luxx Reservation Agent will contact you to confirm cancellation.
- NOTE: If cancellation policy is not met, all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
